Digital Air Data Testers for General Aviation
Preston Pressure LLC (beginning as Preston Products) opened for business in 2006. The name Preston was chosen because the business was located near Preston Road, which is a well-known road coming out of Dallas, Texas. Originally located in Celina, Texas, in 2009 it was moved to rural south-east Oklahoma. This move enabled the business to reduce taxes and have larger facilities. The original product was the PS-525 tester, and this still remains the most popular item for customers. In 2008 the ALT-621 series was added, enabling customers to upgrade their current testers with drop-in digital indicators. In 2009 the PS-425 pitot-static tester began production, and has been a great success. Many product improvements have been incorporated since the original designs were introduced, including improved sensors, valves, displays and software. Preston Pressure has provided all software upgrades at no cost, and others at significant cost savings. Our goal is to have happy customers. We service our products, including annual calibrations. (Customers may use their prefered calibration lab - there is no requirement to return items for factory calibration.) If an upgrade is available while a customer's tester is in our shop, it will be upgraded at little or no cost (for software). Product improvement is an ongoing effort. We expect to soon be transitioning to an improved tester case. We are also striving to add USB connectivity to new testers, as well as RVSM capabilities. We may also introduce Spanish language versions. Contact us if this is of interest to you. |
